Diversity is what it is all about – when I was writing about how you use the book I concluded with :
Love Life in all its Differences, in all its Diversity.
That is what makes it Interesting, what make it Desirable.
Do what you can, Do your best.
I did consider after a bit that it was a bit over the top, and then I did not look at the book for a bit, when I published the book 7 years later in 2005 I left it in. Again I did not read this for years and in the interim laughed at the woke, then I read it again and laughed at myelf, I think I invented woke and Diversity lol !:-)!
I started to write the following book as I was recovering from an eating disorder which my friends thought was Anorexia – you’d find that hard to perceive now – and on my way to school waiting at East Croydon train station I saw my English teacher Miss Hurley – Majella Hurley is her full name – and as I was in 4th year – now Year 10 – I thought I’m not revising, I should be revising, so I got my rough book out and started to write. The 1st and 2nd question verses were written then and a different ending which had 5 lines in it which I found unsatisfactory, it was printed in our school student led magazine with one verse not there, to fit in on the page, and then I looked at the whole poem and felt it had other verses missing which I needed to write, the 3rd question verses were written then when I was 17 with the current ending which I am satisfied with. The introduction pages were written in 1998 and I published it online in the early days of it with Booksurge, which Amazon bought up and called CreateSpace, now it is Kindle Direct Publishing KDP. I had to do the maths to work out how thick all the paper would be to design the spine, I did all this myself using Corel Draw and the front cover features in

It is a political primer – asking questions whether a difference really matters, or not, it is up to you to decide. The text follows, and you can download the pdfs, both the cover and the inside text here:

They can be printed out and given out to your school pupils and used in your PHSE and RSHE – that is personal, health, social, economic and relationships, sex, health education – lessons, as a vehicle to cover many topics. It is worded in a way that it is appropriate for all ages, in particular primary pupils and as it was written by a secondary school student would suit how they feel, they can completely customise this text and make it their own.
The internal format has many different fonts to go with the text, text in a simple easy to read font, 2 sets of 4 lines so that pupils and students can design their own font and write what they think. The illustrations are greyscale borders and add to designs, so that they can draw their own conclusions artistically and add colour in as they see fit.
I would appreciate donations as then I can go on and invest my time and talents into my saving the planet ideas and making these come true too, so that your children have a better future and that will be good for their children too.
INDECISION DECISIONS
Does it really matter,
Whether you’re fat or thin?
It is what is deep inside,
The person that is within.
Does it really matter,
Whether you’re dark or fair?
If you help all and love,
Real people shouldn’t care.
Does it really matter,
Whether you’re old or young?
Don’t worry about age,
You too can have some fun.
Does it really matter,
What religion you follow?
It is the same God you praise,
Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow.
Does it really matter,
What clothes you put on?
If you feel you are yourself,
Your life won’t end up wrong.
Does it really matter,
What is put on your face?
It is the joy inside,
That determines your grace.
Does it really matter,
If you have a cold or cough?
It is the dejected people,
That sense being knocked off.
Does it really matter,
If you’re called a cow or pig?
They are also a work of art,
Don’t let it grind or dig.
Does it really matter,
If the time is six or seven?
Give your time to God and neighbour,
And you’ll have plenty in heaven.
Does it really matter,
Which kind of job you hold?
As long as you are good and just,
In helping others bold.
Does it really matter,
Which language you speak?
To God hearts sound the same,
Even Swedish as to Greek.
Does it really matter,
Which government you choose?
If we work for the good,
No-one will find they lose.
Does it really matter,
Who named you at your birth?
The character you have,
Shows all that it is worth.
Does it really matter,
Who you are in rank?
It is those at the bottom,
Who will receive most thank.
Does it really matter,
Whose music you enjoy?
Appreciate its worth,
Or know it as a toy.
Does it really matter,
How you are abused?
Those who live in ease and laugh,
End up to be refused.
Does it really matter,
How the rich get more wealthy?
Money isn’t the real thing,
That keeps you mentally healthy.
Does it really matter,
How you are in form?
Males and Females alike,
Shouldn’t need to feel torn.
Does it really matter,
Where you sit on the train?
Plotting and planning,
Like this ends up in vain.
Does it really matter,
Where your child’s life goes?
You have given enough advice,
I’m sure she or he knows.
Does it really matter,
Where you live on Earth?
Problems that arise today,
Will disappear with worth.
Does it really matter,
When your spouse comes back?
Show your trust and thoughts,
They’re heading on the right track.
Does it really matter,
When the flowers appear?
They grow slowly but surely,
There’s strength in every tear.
Does it really matter,
When it is time to die?
Live your life now to the full,
And time will gently fly.
Does it really matter,
Whether Which Who or What,
If How Where When I am,
Sorry for those forgot?
